Inforeminder collects newsletter signup details such as email address, optional name, ZIP code, country, timezone, topic, source page, confirmation status, unsubscribe status, and basic anti-abuse metadata.

How data is used

Newsletter data is used to confirm subscriptions, send newsletter email only after confirmation, manage unsubscribes, and prevent abuse.

Future reminder accounts will use Google sign-in and verified account email addresses. Reminder emails will only be sent to the verified email address of the logged-in account owner.

Data sharing

We do not sell subscriber data. Production email delivery may use Resend as a transactional email provider. Optional analytics are designed to respect consent settings where consent is required.
